Reporting to the Head of Americas Marketing, the Marketing Specialist, is a key role on the US Field Marketing team, providing marketing support across new and existing business. You will work in collaboration with the team to support our new customer acquisition, retention, and growth plans
What You'll DoSupport the Marketing Managers in the execution of regional marketing plan with focus on email marketing including A/B testing, event management, lead process optimization, and project managementAssist with management of events, both online and in-person, from logistics to post-event follow-up and results trackingPartner with Marketing Operations team to effectively track and measure Marketing ROI leveraging Criteo’s CRM platformWork collaboratively with Marketing Managers and centers of excellence to create impactful sales enablement tools including sell sheets, presentations, case studiesAct as project manager on key team-led programs and initiativesAssist with budget management including trafficking of purchase orders and invoices
Who You Are2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related fieldBachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related fieldKnowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot or similar), and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) … other Martech solutions (e.g. Demandbase, Wrike) a plusExperience in event management (in-person event logistics, webinars)Strong organizational and project management skillsEssential knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)Strong project management skills and attention to detailAbility to work cross-functionally with a variety of teams across the globeCurious mind, eager to learn
