Due to an internal movement, we are currently recruiting an Online Customer Service Consultant within our Global Sales Support division. We deal both with our end consumers and our trade partners and achieve our purpose by keeping the customer at the heart of every interaction, by creating moments of delight and exceptional customer experiences.
The role:
As an Online Customer Service Consultant, you will be involved in answering customer enquiries across a variety of channels (phone, email, live chat, FB), and includes enhancing sales by providing suggested product information.
Ultimately, you are pivotal in understanding our customer needs to help us deliver useful and relevant information about our products and services and connecting them with the right solution.
This role is critical to our business aim of growing long-term relationships with customers through online channels.
What we are looking for:
You will ideally have prior experience in an ecommerce sales customer-oriented role, or strong customer service experience using online channels, excellent writing skills, and can demonstrate unrelenting attention to detail. You will be dedicated to creating a seamless omni channel experience with customer always front of mind.
